A recent visitor to askON was in a tight situation and needed help raising funds for travel to Western Canada. She came to askON. The askON librarian she chatted with suggested she contact some local churches and referred her to some in her area. Several days later the visitor returned to askON to thank her contact. She was able to raise the necessary funds and wanted askON to know what a great help the service had been to her.

X was very, very nice. She helped me find books and told me there’s lot on the Internet too. She even asked me if the information is helpful. I got more than I expected, much more. Thank you askON, without your help, I don't know what to do.
